·   “Check out” and proceed membership registration

Membership Registration

You are required to complete a membership registration when you purchase from our website and to provide following information:

Your full name, shipping address, billing address, phone number and email address.

Please ensure all information provided isvalid, accurate and completed.

Payment Process

We accept VISA, Master card, PayPal for domestic and International payment.

We also accept bank transfer, for information please email support@chritiffgallery.com

Please note that item(s) will not be shipped before transaction has been settled.

Order Confirmation

Upon the completion of your oder, and order confirmation will ve emailed to you outlining the details of your order within 24 hours. 

Shipping

For local Hong Kong domestic and mainland China orders, we will ship by S.F. Express for FREE.

We use DHL for international delivery and is charging 350HKD as a flat rate to ship to the rest of the world.

Each CHRITIFF scarf is well gift-packaged, insured and shipped individually, within 48 hours after your order has been processed and take normally 2-3 working days for Hong Kong shipping and 3-7 workings days for international shipping upon your country for delivery. Please acknowledge us for any delays and processed caused by destination customs clearance process, taxes or tariffs in your country so we can follow up with the shipment. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

A Shipment notification will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped. A link that will direct you to update tracking information will be included in the email.

Purchased Exchange
